ABOUT THE WORKSHOP
After the Masterclass during the 2023 edition dedicated to exploring contemporary circus history and dramaturgy, this year, the participants take action and shape reviews of some of the shows gathered during the 2024 RE RIGA! Festival. With his 2-day workshop, we dig more into reviewing a show, examining the themes in place and the development of the dramaturgy, connecting the dots around what has been the personal perception of the content and condensing the main points of the experience. The participants share their writing in a live laboratory of thoughts and give shape to reviews about to be published on the Around About Circus website.
