August 15–20, RE RIGA festival at Rīgas cirks and Rīgas cirka skola offered not only a list of various great shows, but also a BETA CIRCUS meeting and four masterclasses intended for circus professionals, emerging circus artists, artists of other genres close to contemporary circus art (contemporary dance, acting etc) as well as for journalists, critics and students.
Workshops were boosted by “Grassroot – Baltic circus artists’ network” supported by the Nordic-Baltic Mobility Programme for Culture!
