Festival RE RIGA! 2024
28.05.2024.
Minimal lies, thrilling action, optical illusions, and daring stunts – this summer, the Contemporary Circus and Street Art Festival RE RIGA! invites you to enjoy performances at the newly renovated Rīgas cirks arena, Vērmanes Park, and various other city locations.
When: 13–17 August, 2024
Where: Rīgas cirks (Merķeļa Street 4) and its surroundings
For whom: Performances for families, teenagers, and adult audiences
Tickets: The program includes both paid and free performances
This year’s RE RIGA! festival will offer philosophical and tranquil moments, adult clowning, flying knives, and geometric juggling. The festival’s motto – “minimal lies” – not only refers to one of the main artists, Alta Gama’s show “Lie Less” (“Mentir lo mínimo”), but also highlights the wonder inherent in the circus, filled with warmth, truth, and simplicity, yet always with a touch of magic that makes the extraordinary possible.
As usual, the program includes both paid and free performances for the youngest viewers as well as mature audiences. For those who want to see everything, combo tickets are available.
