Baltic Circus Catalogue: A Resource of Artists and Tour-Ready Performances
29.08.2025.
During the project Baltic Circus on the Road, supported by the Baltic Culture Fund, a digital catalogue of Baltic circus artists and their performances was created and released.
This catalogue is an open-access resource for the international circus community, featuring a curated selection of tour-ready performances and works in progress from artists based in Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia.
By bringing together artists from across the Baltic region, the catalogue highlights the diversity and creative potential of the contemporary circus scene and increases its visibility on the European and international stage. It is designed as a practical tool for festival programmers, venue managers, and producers looking to discover new work and emerging talent.
For artists, this catalogue opens up opportunities for touring, residencies, and international collaboration. For the wider circus field, it offers a shared platform that reflects the evolving identity of Baltic circus.
The catalogue was developed in close collaboration between Rīgas cirks (Latvia), Arts Printing House and Teatronas (Lithuania), the Estonian Contemporary Circus Development Center, and many Baltic circus artists. It is made available with the generous support of international partners and the Baltic Nordic Circus Network.
