Baltic circus artists! circusnext platform has announced Open Call for new creations. Apply till April 30!
Why to apply? It is an opportunity to receive
• financial support: grants of €3,000 for Finalists & €5,000 for Laureates;
• creation and touring support: residency opportunities across Europe, laboratory with
authors from all over Europe, exposure of your work on stages across Europe;
• communication support: increased visibility thanks to promotional opportunities with
communication coverage through our website and social media;
• European networking: opportunities to meet with circusnext partner venues.
All types of circus creations are admissible except circus acts: all creative contexts, all types
of forms, formats, duration, aesthetics, subject, target audience, all circus disciplines and all
interdisciplinary endeavours between circus and other art forms.
Who can apply:
- Individuals or company
- No age limit (min. 18 years old)
- No circus degree is required
- You should not be studying in a circus school after August 2024
- No previous circusnext Finalists/Laureates
- Resident in a Europe Creative country
- You can apply with your 1 st , 2 nd or even 3 rd creation (self-produced creations do not count).
