Lithuanian association of contemporary circus organised a workshop for professional development of circus artists.
Travel bursaries provided by “Grassroot – Baltic circus artists’ network” supported by the Nordic-Baltic Mobility Programme for Culture
Programm on 27th of April, included self-management focus and questions about various spheres: networking options, communication with programmers and venues, visibility tips, legal questions – agreements/ contracts; promotions; residencies; funding options; Tech rider – good example with comments; own working prototype/ new method developments;
28th of April, session focus was on individual’s talents: what does it mean to be defined or not defined by your tool? what is a successful circus artists (failure); other skills/ talents/ interest exploration (practical); limiting beliefs – what are your beliefs around money.
