THE FROZEN CANDIES. A Circus Christmas for the Whole Family
01.09.2025.
On Christmas Eve, a basket filled with cold, delicious candies suddenly appears at the Riga Circus – so tempting that almost every circus inhabitant decides to have a taste.
These candies shine like frozen stars, crunch like wintry icicles, and smell like distant childhood.
But soon, strange things begin to happen – the circus folk become increasingly mischievous and playful – until none of the candy-eaters can utter a single word.
Who brought them? And how can things be set right?
The answers must be found by someone who cannot speak at all.
As Christmas and the New Year approach, the team from Riga Circus and the Riga Circus School, in collaboration with the theater troupe Kvadrifrons, presents a winter holiday show for the whole family.
In this colorful extravaganza, viewers will encounter performers from various circus disciplines – clowns, jugglers, aerialists, floor and partner acrobats – all coming together to solve the mystery of the frozen candies.
