Riga Circus is a multifunctional arts centre rich in traditions and it fosters development and accessibility of the professional circus field. Our main mission is to promote contemporary artistic practices mainly focusing on circus development in Latvia and in the Baltic region. DIGITAL TEACHING for circus trainers

Rīgas cirks is organising a series of workshops for circus teachers to support the circus education field in Baltic states. We have initially planned 3 classes on Sundays 6th, 13th and 20th of December at 7pm-9pm EEST time. More information: HERE. Registration: HERE.

BETA CIRCUS open call

BETA CIRCUS opens up an international programme to support the training of emerging professionals, based on transnational mobility for learning, and give them the opportunity to take a step forward, internationalizing their careers and introducing them to new aesthetics and techniques. The Baltic Circus on the Road project will allow three Baltic circus artists or groups of artists to participate in a two week residence in one of the Baltic partner organisations of the project and, together with an invited artistic director, to create new or improve existing smallformat on tour performances, as well as to create advertising materials and the necessary documentation for taking part in international festivals.
